...i have had 2 of these now and they just keep on breaking! The motor just stops working and it goes dead. My 99p frother from ikea did a better job. The double coil would be good if the motor didn't blow as soon as it tries to froth any milk. Needs redesigning.

Sorry to be blunt but this item is a total waste of money. It swirls the drink around but I can do that with a spoon! Doesn't froth my hot chocolate in the slightest!

It only takes two batteries, rather than four as stated. And as such is a bit rubbish.
It'll make your milk swirl around a little, but can't break up cocoa powder.

It takes 2 X AA batteries not 4 as stated above. It's a lively old thing that does an excellent job. Makes great capuccino or latte (when used in conjunction with stove top espresso maker like Bialetti do). Cheaper and easier to clean than all these new 'labour saving' machines. An ounce or two of Kahlua thrown in to boot and you're well away.
