Product Description The Cyber-Shot DSC-T70 is the successor to Sony's renowned T20 model, with improved performances, increased user-comfort and a very practical, large touch screen. The Cyber-Shot DSC-T70 is loaded with powerful features, such as an 8-megapixel CCD sensor; a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens; a non-retracting 3x optical zoom to preserve the cameras ultra-slim form, and a 3 LCD touch screen. Not only does this screen provide excellent visibility as you set up your photo, it also lets you navigate easily through the cameras many functions and touch up your snaps. Thanks to its built-in face-detection and smile-detection modes, the Cyber-Shot DSC-T70 will automatically take a photo when your subject is looking his best! It is even able to regulate the lighting in a photo for even brightness. The ultra-compact Cyber-Shot DSC-T70 also includes Sonys SuperSteadyShot image stabiliser, and it has a high sensitivity for clear, bright photos in any kind of lighting. Whats more, if you own a plasma or LCD television set, you can connect your camera to the TV via the HD output and share your photos on a big screen (HDcable optional). The easy-to-use Cyber-Shot DSC-T70 puts all of Sonys digital photo technology into the palm of your hand!

Sony DSC-T70, WOW... what can I say... August 20, 2008 I've had my Eyes on this Camera a while now first so it in Thailand when I was on Holiday in October 2007 and I have always said im gonna get a SONY T camera... Now I have one, Well it's the Best camera i've ever had the Touch Screen is Fantastic I love it, it's Smart, Different and Fashionable. Will take you some time to get into the actual settings to find thing's out, but I havn't read the Manual I just like to Try thing's out for myself. If you take a picture and go to play it and chose Paint you can Paint on your picture but not only Paint on it, you can also add some lovely Boarders around your picture, also make your pictures have a nice Black Powder affect, its a great Camera this. I do Reccomend getting a Carry Case though, Because the Camera is easy to Drop with it being Small "If you have Big fingers, like me" But apart from that it's a great camera, and it has a Slide Show which plays music on it... It's a Fantastic Camera, Get one :)
Sony DSC T70 Slim Camera June 2, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is by far the best camera I ever lay my hands on,Went to Alton Towers for my cousins birthday, the slim machine quickly takes HD quality images without hesitation the moment you pressed the button unlike most cameras I had before you press and press and then the moment passes it then decides twa-twa half an hour later, frustrating!! I love this camera guys the screen is massive, its good for the price as well.
Thanks Amazon

Excellent quality April 3, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Everything is great; easy to use, great photo quality (especially outdoors), powerful zoom, small, compact and great build quality.
Only negative points were that the lead attachment to the camera feels very brittle and the battery must be removed to be charged. Not worth removing a star for.
Compact, smart and very easy to use March 15, 2008 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I bought this camera about two weeks ago, and it is fantastic.
Easy to use and very compact. It looks and feels quality in your hand. The screen is big and easy to use. I was worried about the touch screen as a few had said it was tricky and not very responsive. But i must say it is really easy to use and very responsive. It takes phots really quicky, one after another and powers up ready in no time at all. Highly recommended.
Worth paying that little extra for over a canon one for example.
An excellent digital camera February 17, 2008 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
The best thing about this camera is its sturdiness portability. If one is not used to Cybershots, it takes just a little time to understand how it works. Pictures are very clear (though I have not tried in low light yet), macro is fantastic and it feels good in your hands. The only thing I do not particularly like is the lens cover (at the front) which has to be moved up and down (when you intend to shoot or stop shooting) all the time, which adds a little bit to the laboriousness that one would not want from a camera of this type. Otherwise, warmly recommended!!!
