Just got to rate this show as top rate comedy itsd innocent and clean and makes you feel good.The late great anton rogers was a delightful actor now no longer with us.Lets please have his other comedy great he did with the delightful julia mckenzie fresh/french fields with the niebour used to say its only sonia.Please bring these out to on dvd and the rest of may to december.I recieved my first series yessterday and watched it at work what a delightful comedy it is rest in peace anton rogers you will be missed

I was so thrilled to see Vol 2 released, having watched every series many times. This is quality entertainment for the whole family, with not a weak character to be seen. PLEASE - keep releasing them. I want the lot! Lesley Dunlop maintains the standard in the subsequent series.

I have recently viewed Series 1 & 2 of this show.Excellent viewing,Eve Matheson excels as Zoe,seeming at times vulnerable,sometimes tough,always endearing.I just wonder how Lesley Dunlop can follow her performance.I particularly loved her wonderful changeover in the last scene of "My Funny Valentine"where she switches from "Matchmakers Incorporated"to"And you were thrilled,weren't you".Stupendous.I will miss her in Series 3.

Now the characters are established they are like old family friends. Fantastic comedy timing and a programme that all the family can watch - good old fashioned eneterainment PLEASE, PLEASE release the next series in a reasonable time.

Series Two sees Alec and Zoe's relationship move on which is a delight to watch. Miles Henty goes off in search of his wife which neatly enables Alec's son Jamie to assist his father at Semple, Callender and Henty. This series is another absloute joy - warm, feelgood family entertainment. Let's hope subsequent series are released soon.
