Simple, powerful gem November 7, 2006
Rather than write a review, I am just noting that this 1992 Italian film, which won a major prize at the Cannes Film Festival, has (to date) only been released on DVD in Holland (with Dutch subtitles only). This film would be a good title for the US DVD manufacturer Criterion to release, but I'm not that fussy. Perhaps a UK company specialising in arthouse DVDs company could obtain the rights to release it on DVD.
