For less than 4 this CD is well worth buying. The other reviewers who gave it 5 stars are not wrong. It does create a sense of peacefulness and calm.

This music was used at my T'ai Chi class and I was delighted to see it on Amazon.It is absolutely beautiful and very calming ,even just to listen to but NOT when driving!I don't think the instrumentals are intrusive,rather complementary and not intrusive, but then I'm not a music expert.This really connetced for me

I normally do not like new age music as it misses the soul, I chanced this after reading the above reviews, and I have to agree, it has a lovely fresh sound, and Iam delighted with it. Lilias

If you buy one buddhist chant / meditation / peace cd in your life, make it this one. I bought this in 1998 when I lived in Cape Town and no other cd has came close. It is beautiful and uplifting and just the most wonderful cd.
